1. Are there any known side-effects with Kibow Probiotics products?

There are no major side-effects to this probiotic, except some users have reported stomach gas and mild bloating, which is normal as the probiotics are taking action in the intestines. The symptom usually goes away in less than 10 days. Please consult your doctor if you are in doubt.

2. What is the optimal storage temperature required for Renadyl and Fortis?

We recommend that you store your Renadyl between 2 - 8 Degree Celsius, which will allow the probiotic to remain effective up to 24 months.

However, do not be alarmed by a short period of transportation from point to point. The product maintains its effectiveness at 25 Degree Celsius for up to 1 month.

For Fortis, Biomunity, and Cardio Support, they need no refrigerations and has a shelf life of up to 24 months

For shipments to countries other than Singapore, you can do a "check-out" on this website and the courier fees will be automatically be calculated for you. We will then source for the quickest express courier to send the products to you
